Autogenic Therapy is an evidence-based neuro-psychophysiological therapy for psychological and physical health, self-development and enhanced performance across all endeavours. Developed in Germany, it is neuro-psychotherapy, somatic therapy, self-hypnosis, bio-feedback, relaxation therapy, meditation and mindfulness training all rolled into one and it is more. It is unique. With over 4,000 clinical studies worldwide, Autogenics is taught as part of the Masters in Psychotherapy programme in some of Europe’s leading universities. It is also taught to NASA astronauts, NSW Police, German and Russian Olympic teams and medical students and patients at the school of Psychosomatic Medicine at Kyushu University because of its profound benefits. It is a skill for life.
